Complete projects, one contract.

For fit-outs, villas, offices and mixed-use buildings, RACE takes responsibility for the whole result: design, civil and structural works, finishes, furniture, electromechanical systems and commissioning. The owner deals with one team and one schedule.

Since 2013 RACE has furnished and installed electromechanical systems for high-end residential towers, banks, restaurants, showrooms, factories, a stadium and a military headquarters. Work is engineered in-house, procured from qualified manufacturers and executed by our own site teams.

Engineering, procurement, construction — and the financing to start.

Some projects have a clear brief, a site and an owner ready to move, but a budget that is released in stages. RACE can carry the works financially: the financing is structured with the owner alongside the EPC contract, so the project mobilises at once and the owner pays as agreed milestones are met.

Engineering & design

Design that is meant to be built.

Our engineers have designed electromechanical systems for a 58-storey tower in Manhattan, a 15-storey mixed-use building in Limassol and luxury villas in Dubai and Abidjan. Because the same company also builds, our designs are coordinated, procurable and priced with real site knowledge.

Operation & maintenance

We stay after handover.

RACE maintains the systems it installs — preventive maintenance schedules, corrective interventions and spare-parts supply for electrical, HVAC and low-current installations — so the owner keeps one contact for the life of the building.
